Questions
Do I own the code?
We agree this with you in the quote. Where it applies to the project, we hand over the source code once the work is delivered. If you need specific licence terms, say so in your request.
How do I pay?
Nothing is charged when you send a request. We confirm the price with you first. After you accept, you can pay by card on this site when online payments are switched on, or we arrange payment with you on the ticket.
Can I ask for changes?
Yes. Reply on the project ticket with what you would like different. Small adjustments are part of the conversation, and larger changes to the scope are quoted before we start them.
What if my project is not listed?
Choose the Custom project service and describe what you need. We will tell you what is possible and quote it. You can also contact us first.
