Questions
Which languages can I run?
Anything that runs on Linux, including Node.js, Python, Java, Go and Rust. You choose the start command.
Will my bot stay online?
It runs around the clock, and a crashed bot is restarted automatically. Bugs in the bot itself can still stop it, so watch the console.
How do I get my files onto the server?
Use the file manager in the browser, or connect with SFTP for larger uploads, then set your start command.
Can I run more than one bot?
Basic and Standard are made for one bot. Plus has room for three and Ultimate for ten.
Do I get a database?
Yes. You can create MySQL databases for your bots from the panel.
Can I change plan later?
Yes. Ask for a plan change from your service page and we will move you across.
What does support cover?
The hosting, the panel and the network. We cannot debug your bot code, but we will help you work out whether a problem is on our side.
